During these times we have been limited to online, remote sales as the only way we are permitted to sell. So for your convenience, we have put our delivery process online.
1. Please go to our website @www.udrive365.com
2. You can reach out to us by Facebook, text, phone, Instagram, or Facebook messenger.
3. If you have a trade we will appraise remotely. Be prepared to send video and pictures; we also have a form you can fill out with details if needed. We want to be able to give you the fairest trade value possible.
4. We will gladly send live video and pictures of any vehicle you are interested in.
5. All paperwork will be handled remotely for your safety and ours. Insurance must be electronic and completed and sent to us prior to us doing paperwork. We can do all paperwork over the internet. We will discuss details before delivering.
6. All financing stipulations must be sent upfront and approved prior to delivery. Please have all documents saved in a format that can be sent via text or email. We need but are not limited to the following: a valid driver's license, proof of residence (lease, deed, mortgage statement), last 2 months of bank statements, proof of employment (we know you may be temporarily laid off but are you being paid?), down payment, and 2 other documents mailed to your residence (electric bill, cell phone bill, phone bill, internet bill, etc. - no junk mail).
7. We will then schedule for a secure, safe pick up at one of our 2 locations, or we may arrange for a home delivery.
As per our COVID-19 directive we are by appointment only for both your safety and ours. We ask for your patience and understanding in these trying times.
